R E C R U I T I N G To recruit in the First Cavalry Division clan, you must have a rank over Captain. Anyone under has not yet reached the respect level required to recruit new members, and should seek higher ranked members for recruiting information. Recruiting under the rank of Cap. may result in a suspension, or other serious penalties. |
