A college student at Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT). He is a member of Mixed Media - Iligan Visual Arts Group and Arts Association of the Philippines (AAP). He has participated in various group exhibits in Iligan City, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos City and Davao since 1998.

Chris has always participated in different Arts Festivals and Art Competitions, such as, the AAP Centennial National Painting Competition (July 1998), "Dugukan": Davao Arts Festival (September 1998), "Helubong": 1st Mindanao Arts Festival (Nov 1998).
