If you ever need to remove the W Memory Info
package
from your system, the following steps are needed:
- if you are a registered user you should keep
your registration settings. Your current registration code will be valid
for further releases or you can use this code after a clean WMI
reinstall. Registration information is located here
(RegistrationReport.htm).
- quit any WMI related programs that might
be running,
- if you wish to store your current WMI
settings (including the actual registration data),
you need to save the \Program Files\W Memory Info\wmi.wmi file.
(NOTE:
various WMI versions might use different
files; if you recopy a saved wmi.wmi file always use the one that matches
your current WMI version.)
- Go to Start Menu->Settings->Control Panel->Add
Remove Programs and choose WMI,
- follow the instructions.
