Magazine Instructions
"The stories of the history of our country tell so much about who we are today"
The magazine attempts to capture the major issues and themes of the material that we are covering on our topic.
COORDINATOR:
The COORDINATOR must organize the TEAM, and make sure the deadlines are met. You all have specific roles BUT you must all work together and participate equally. Each person must contribute at least one article.
TECHNICAL ADVISOR:
Each group should choose a TECHNICAL ADVISOR. The TECHNICAL ADVISOR is in charge of getting the articles submitted on the internet.
You have two options:
1. Limited Internet Use:
Submit Articles to the General Discussion Area on the School Link Page. We would advise typing your article on a word processor, then paste onto the Discussion Area.
OR
2. Internet Wizards:
Put articles on a web page using the Magazine Template. Then simply list the Web address on the General Discussion Area for inclusion into the Magazine.
The Group must get pictures, put the news together, design the graphics and pictures, etc...
The COORDINATOR must meet daily with the teacher to discuss ideas and progress.
