Blue Charm Hairwing (Beaded) was tied by Ken Broadhead. You will find many more of his exceptional beaded flies, as well as several other styles at The Flies of Ken Broadhead.   

Ken's Tips for Beads: You probably need to de-barb the hook to slip the beads on. Glass beads aren't uniform so check them first. Wrap a smooth thread base then tie off. Don't make a large tail assembly. You wont be able to the get first bead on. Glue the beads to the thread base and each other with cement (Krazy Glue, Zap a Gap, etc.)
