You can read more about the Celtic Beauty and other flies in Gary's informative blog, The River's Course. It is chock full of great tips, patterns, and other information. The bio below, written by Gary, was copied with permission from that blog. Please read on before enjoying his flies. August 10th, 2011 I spent 10 years working for the National Wild Turkey Federation, first as a Regional Director, and finally as their first Director of Development. I then became Executive Director of the American Museum of Fly Fishing, a position I held for almost 7 years - making me the longest serving director of that institution in its history (trust me, that's an accomplishment!). I left the nonprofit world to become, happily, a self-employed carpenter/cabinet maker. Leaving the nonprofit grind was the single smartest move I ever made! And now, at 61, I try VERY hard to fish more than I work. I'm getting pretty good at that. Gary Tanner
