Step 3
Wrap 4 strands of Krystal Flash forward four turns through body. Tie in 2 matched grizzly hackle tips, not to extend beyond hook shank. The original pattern has no grizzly tips for wing. I don’t think it makes any difference, but it pleases me so I call it the “Improved Crystal Caddis”.
