Sergei Fesko, from Tallinn, Estonia, designed and tied this stunning fly. "Patriot" is modeled after the colors of the Estonian flag (a blue stripe on top, black stripe in the middle, and white stripe on the bottom).  We are hoping to see much more of his work on Salmonfly.Net.
