Pink Eve

The pattern for this fly came from the fine book by Barry M. Thornton, Saltwater Fly Fishing for Pacific Salmon. He notes that this fly is "the most effective and consistent fly I have found for Pink salmon". The tinsel wing ribbing and the pink thread he says seems to be critical elements.
