Tail | Several strands of
orange Lady Amherst center tail fibers tied spaced around the tube,
several strands of orange Krystal Flash |
Rear Hackle and Cone | Tied in after Lady
Amherst (see above), Orange schlappen followed by black
schlappen, then tied off. Med. gunsmoke cone pressed in tight
over hackle. |
Mid Body | Several strands of
orange Lady Amherst center tail fibers tied spaced around the tube,
several strands of orange Krystal Flash |
Mid Hackle and Cone | Tied in
after Lady Amherst (see above), Orange schlappen followed by
black schlappen, then tied off. Med. silver cone pressed in
tight over hackle. |

Flex Tube | Clear Flex Tube cut to your
desired length. This one is cut to about two inches, but I can
always cut it shorter. |

This is my rendition of the Russian Intruder Intruder tube fly described by
Stuart Andersen.
I used my own combination of colors.
