Mrs Green

Name Mrs. Green
Category Pacific Salmon
Hook Size 2/0 to 2, TMC 7989 or siimilar
Thread Red
Tail A few strands of wine Krystal Flash
Body 1/3 wine Krystal Flash wrapped; 2/3 chartreuse chenille
Rib Holographic silver tinsel wound over chenille
Wing Sparse chartreuse bucktail; topped with a couple strands of pearl holographic tinsel
Throat Chartreuse saddle
Eyes Large bead chain
Head Red

This is another fly that I named in honor of another effective fly that I like - Mrs. Black. This uses similar materials in different colors and at this stage is just off the bench.  I have no doubt that Mrs. Green will be just as effect for Chum as Mrs. Black was for Coho, though.
