Johannes Fly was tied by Danish fly tyer Per Hansen. He tied this popular pattern for Denmark's River Karup, widely know for its excellent Seatrout fishing.  You can see more of his flies at The Flies of Per Hansen.

Per's Notes: The Johannes Fly is a very good fly developed for the water that  Johannes Lauersen lived 200 meters from.
