One of Scottish fly tyer, Leon Guthrie's, most recent creations.  This one,  would probably fit into the category of "Whimsical, yet Practical". Leon asked only that it be added to his present gallery, but I thought it was worthy of being featured because it looks to me like it would be a great fish catcher in the right conditions.
