Green Ant
Green Ant was tied by William Lovelace, one of the most prolific contributors on this site. You can find many more of his flies at his page on this site, The Flies of William Lovelace. Bill's Notes: A Green Ant can be tied as a variation of the popular Rogue River fly the Red Ant. This version is taken from the Clearwater River pattern in Trey Combs book Steelhead Fly Fishing.
