Silver Oval Tinsel medium 4 wraps

Body Uni-Yarn Black, looped tied in at head, to tail and back to head
Rib Medium Flat Silver Tinsel, Oval medium Silver Tinsel, oval medium tied in under flat tinsel, two thread wraps to hold each. Four wrapped ribbing.
Counterwind Small Oval Tinsel, counter wrapped, picking out BEP barbules as you go evenly spaced
Hackle Blue-Eared Pheasant, Black, reversed so counterwind follows flat silver tinsel
Throat Silver Pheasant 1/2 stripped butt first, 4 wraps
Wings 1/4" Bronze Mallard strip, left strip tied in first, reverse thread, right strip tied, whip finishing each strip 3 wraps
Head Black
