This Blue Star Memorial Highway marker is located on the west side of SR 99 /Aurora Ave N (old US 99) near N 65th St. Green Lake is across the street and Woodland Park is a few blocks to the south. I've been told that the present marker replaces one earlier vandalized. The original marker was sponsored by the Snoqualmie District of the Washington State Federation of Garden Clubs in 1952.
