Note: Since Lavelle's email harrassment has stopped, it seems Cyberguards is not going to continue the push for a lawsuit.

I just received an email today (23/10/99) from someone who wanted to inform me of a group of people trying to sue Robert Lavelle. Since a few people have asked about the possibility of a class-action lawsuit or other legal recourse, I decided to post the information in case anyone wants to get in touch with them.
