We have made some special places to remember Emma. Although we will never forget her and she is alive within our hearts wherever we go, there is a Memorial Gate in Wandlebury, Cambridge, an oak tree planted nearby and a Memorial Vault at the Cambridge Crematorium. 

 These are reminders to others of a beautiful and amazingly unique person who taught us to take life with both hands and enjoy all it has to offer, as well as giving all we can. Emma changed all our lives and we remember her with great love and sadness that she left us so soon.
