at the Logitech Ice Center

Summer
2002 saw some major changes to the Lightning Hockey Club with
the formation of a second team. This team was made up of some
of the more experienced players from the EE team, as well as several
new players. They played in division E and had an extremely successful
season. Siegeworks finished off the season with 11 wins, 3 losses
and 1 tie and ended up as the third seed going into the playoffs.
The only team that gave us trouble all year was a team by the
name of the Iceholes and their name suited them perfectly. Mostly
because it rhymes with another kind of "hole". Unfortunately
this was also the team that would beat us out of the playoffs
in the 2nd round and go on to win the cup that year.
