Seriously, this picture relates to the recent decision by a reluctant UK Government to allow research into the medicinal uses of cannabis.  A Parliamentary Committee has strongly recommended such research after a lengthy inquiry.  The Prime Minister and the Home Secretary (who narked on his son after a tabloid newspaper entrapment) have finally agreed. 

My mum has applied to take part in these tests.  She has suffered the debilitating affects of Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years.  MS sufferers have reported temporary relief from the symptoms after smoking marijuana.  Some medicinal users have been convicted for use - absolute shame!
