Kame Island: This is a small island in the ocean. All it has is Master Roshi's house. You are able to train with him. For training with Master Roshi for one day your PowerLevel will rise by 200, Defense will rise 30, Strength will rise 30 Speed will rise 15. If you train for one week you will learn kamehameha and get a powerlevel bonus of 500, speed bonus of 35, defense and strength bonus of 50. (Can't learn any moves until you have finished learning Kamehameha.)It is rumored that master Roshi knows greater versions of the Kamhameha. When you are strong enough, go ask master Roshi.
Kami's Lookout: This is a big tower that floats in the ski. Here Kami and Mr. Popo lives. Training here will increase your powerlevel by 200, Defense will rise 30, Strength will rise 30, Speed will rise 15 each day ur here. If you train here for 1 week you will learn Bakurikimaha, and get a powerlevel bonus of 500, speed bonus of 35, defense and strength bonus of 50. (Can't learn any moves until you have finished learning Bakurikimaha.)
There is also a room called the Room of Spirit and Time. Only 4 People can train in here at a time.
When you are in the Room of Spirit and Time one day of earths time = 1 year inside the Room of Spirit and Time. You can't train in the room of spirit and time unless you help out Kami for a week(after training) and can only train for three
days when allowed. Training without weights will raise your stats 250 pl Defense will rise 45, Strength will rise 45, Speed will rise 30 per day. 1,000 pl Defense will rise 60, Strength will rise 60, Speed will rise 45 with weighted clothing. 2,000 pl Defense will rise 80, Strength will rise 80, Speed will rise 60 with extra weighted clothing. 4,000 pl Defense will rise 100, Strength will rise 100, Speed will rise 85 with King Kai's super weighted clothing. After each day of training, you will need 4 senzus or you will be removed from training to rest.
Note: All moves currently learning will be haulted if you are resting.
Wilderness: In the wilderness you can train and spar. It increases your power,energy,and health, but it takes a while to train here.(You can also encounter wild beasts, and other unexpected things, but rarely do
so). Training here will raise your stats 200 pl a day Defense will rise 30, Strength will rise 30, Speed will rise 15 every three days.
THE ROOM OF INFINITY: The most intense room in the galaxy, created with the power of all the planets and suns, an unlimited number of people may train in here at a time but it is only available once during each crisis, cannot be used when the earth is not in danger, you gain 100,000PL Defense will rise 15,000, Strength will rise 15,000, Speed will rise 7,500 after training here.

Weighted Clothing: 100 credits-don' kno the stat increase yet
Extra Weighting Clothing: 200 credits- increases your stat gains by 300pl, 45 defense, 45 strength, 20 speed execpt when the training has special power up like in the Room of Time and Space. Better than weighted clothing.
Fighting Boots: 150 credits- +5 attack to your kick and +15 speed + 10 strength
Fighting Gloves: 150 credits-+5 attack to your kick and +15 speed + 10 strength
Henchmen:75 credits-they start with a powerlevel of 100.They can help you out in training and battles.
Dragonball Radar:50 credits-they can help you find the dragonballs.Takes 2 day to find one dragonball Senzu Bean Bag: 150 credits-each bag has 15 senzus beans.Only can be bought once
Senzu Bean: 15 credits-can restore health
Capsule Corp Spaceship: 200-holds 10 characters and takes 7 days to travel from planet to planet.(They are working on one now.)
100X Gravitron - 200 Credits - Can be installed in your spaceship or gym. (Must have a PL of 15,000+ or use a senzu everyday.)
C.C. Steroids- 100 credits - 2x your powerlevel for one battle. Heavy side effects if used more than 3 times.(can only use one per battle!!!)
C.C. Speed pills-150 credits-2x speed for one battle.There are no side effects known right now.(can only use one per battle!!!)
