  MOEDY'S CHEESE MAC'S
If you like macaroni and cheese then you'll LOVE this one!!

1 pound elbow macaroni   8 ounces shredded sharp cheese
8 ounces shredded mozarella cheese   one cup buttermilk.
While macaroni is cooking, take butter and grease a baking dish completely.
When macaroni is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
In bottom of dish put one THIN layer of sharp cheese, then a layer of macaroni
and then a little thicker layer of sharp cheese, and so on
until you're finished with both macaroni and sharp cheese.
Then add one cup milk. Put a layer of mozarella cheese on top of it(about half the bag),
and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes,(depends on your oven).
Take out and add the rest of the mozarella cheese. Cook until the edges turn golden brown.
For some added flavor I add a layer of mushrooms.
Have fun... good luck... and enjoy. *s*

[p18]Five Cup Salad

Not exactly an "original" but it's been so popular
in my area lately that it needs to be listed:

1 cup (canned) Manadarin oranges
1 cup (canned) crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sour cream
Mix all together, chill for about an hour
and serve as a side dish during the meal.
(Add more cups of each ingredient depending
on how many people are being served.
Three cups of each will serve about ten).
