If you remember, Super Metroid was a game for the Super NES but now Metroid will be a game for the Gamecube!
The game begins when some space pirates stumbled upon a being on Planet SR-388 known as Metroid. The Metroid were the ones who were responsible for eraticating the planet sr-388
The space pirates had an idea. Since the Metroid were very powerfull, they could use the Metroid for there own needs. The Galactic Federation did not like this idea, so they got into a battle with the space pirates. The Galactic Federation called on Samus Aran to help them defeat the space pirates, and manage to destroy the leader of the space pirates.
However, Samus job is far from over..
Metroid will be back after being released on the Super NES in 94, and it will be on the Gamecube in full 3D just for your entertainment. Retro Studios(the developer) might also make a 2D sequal to the game in the Gameboy Advance. Metroid might even have internet connection so you can play online with other people and test your skills.
