Hey everyone I have been busy these past couple of months so I wont be able to update this site as much. Whenever I have the chance to update this site I will. So far I have added the games that will be coming out this month. Stay check back every once in a while for further updates.
Well Happy New Year it's now 2002! I got some news from Nintendo here it is. Namco has announced its second game title for the Gamecube which is Pacman World 2 coming out in early 2002. This is a sequal to the 1999 version of the game. The game will be a bit different since it is on the new Gamecube. It will feature 3-D worlds, over 15 mazes, and over 20 different 3-D levels to encounter. Pacman also has new skills like ice skates, roller blades and even a Pac-submarine. There will be new power ups too like the steel ball and shrink ball and Gatling Gun for the Pac-Submarine. The game will feature new enemies, new mazes, and you will also be able to collect tokens to play the classic Pacman, and Mrs. Pacman games. A new Time Trial mode will also be added where players will be able to replay a completed level and race against the clock to earn prizes. It should be a great game, a must get.
Today Nintendo announced that the Nintendo Gamecube is the fastest selling Gamecube Console on the planet! On its first day, it sold half a million cubes twice that of Xbox sales, and 25% faster then the Playstation 2 launch. Around the world, 75,000 Gamecube consoles went to the U.S, and 100,000 went to Canada and Latin America. The two fastest selling games were Luigi's Mansion, and Star Wars Rogue Squadron II. The two most expected titles are Pikmin and Super Smash Bros Melee coming out on December 3. Many stores have sold out of the Gamecube, but Nintendo will be shipping more as soon as possible. 22 game titles are said to be availible by the year end, and a total of 35 will be available by the end of March.
FINALLY the day has arrived! The Gamecube is out and better than ever! With a price of only #200.00 it is the most affordable new game console released! Today I went to Circuit City, and tried the Gamecube out for myself. Boy was I surprised! It was what I expected and much more! The graphics were awesome, the controller was very comfortable, and Luigi's Mansion was a blast. The bad news is(for me that is,) is that I get it on Christmas! Can you believe that, I waited a year for the Gamecube, and now I have to wait longer! Maybe begging might do the trick. Hehe.
