THE
EARLIER YEARS:
When
a girl's father is an actor, and also her godfather is an actor, it's just
natural to that girl to become an actress. and luckily, that what was Jennifer
did. For all the people that still don't know that, Jennifer's father is
the actor John Aniston (Victor Kiriakis) from the soap opera "Days of Our
Lives" (the real one, not Joey's..), and who also had a featured role on
"Love of Life". Jennifer's godfather was Telly Savalas, a famous Greece
- American actor, (like Jennifer's father).
So,
with this background, when she was 11 years old, she joined to the Rudolf
Steiner School's Drama Club, and beside the acting talent, she found out
she knows drawing, and when you and the other 11 years old kids were drawing
a house and a tree and a sun, one of Jennifer's paintings was selected
to be displayed in an exhibit at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Jennifer
was a student at New York's High School of The Performing Art, and just
graduated school in 1987, she got roles in such off-Broadway productions
as "For Dear Life" at New York's public theater.
T.V'S:
The
first time on t.v: Camp Cucamonga (TV-Movie) - 1990.

a recurring part on "Herman's Head" and guest-starring roles on series
as "The Larry Sanders Show", "Partners", "Burke's Law" and "Quantum Leap".
In
1994 she got to the sitcom "Friends", as Rachel Green, that had started
as a bad waitress and the spoiled daddy's daughter, and for now she's a
big
boss
in "Ralph Lauren" and "the only daughter that dad is proud of!.." (well,
the unexpected pregnant from Ross was little shock to Dr. Green, but he's
gonna be a pappy..)
MOVIES:
The
first time on cinema: Leprechaun - 1993.
Jennifer
has starred in a number of feature films - "The Object of My Affection",
"Picture Perfect", "She's The One", "'Til There Was You" and "Office Space".

completed filming "The Good Girl", an independent film to be released this
year.
BONUSES:
Jennifer
has been nominated for an "Emmy Award", at the last two years as outstanding
supporting actress in a comedy series, for her portrayal of Rachel Green
on "Friends". (and she was not nominated to the "Grammy" for the new
best artist, as much as Rachel practiced..)
Also,
she got two-time nominee for the People's Choice Award as favorite female
in a comedy series - she won the award in 2001, and if you are asking the
most straight guys on earth, she definitely deserved it...

Mailing
add: C/O Endeavor 9701 Wilshire Blvd, 10th Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.
THE
EARLIER YEARS:
When
you see Lisa Kudrow in "Friends" as Phoebe Buffay, the flicky girl, you
should all know how much she's different from her character.
Lisa
graduated from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. (maybe she's Ross's
girl from Poughkeepsie?..) and unlike our life's smart Phoebe, Lisa got
a bachelor of science degree in biology.
Lisa
has always been passionate about acting, while growing up, she performed
and reenacted many of her favorite movie scenes for family and friends.
So
after the college she returned to home to Los Angeles, intending to pursue
a career in research, but luckily, her passion to act and perform resurfaced,
thanks to her brother's good friend, the actor-comedian Jon Lovitz ("Saturday
Night Live"), who inspired her to follow her dream. Then she began studying
with improvisational instructor Cynthia Szigeti and acting teacher Ian
Tucker.
In
1989, Lisa was accepted as a member in the "Groundlings", the famed Los
Angeles improve group.
T.V'S:
The
first time on t.v: Cheers, Episode:"Two girls for every Boyd"-1989.
At
the beginning of her career in t.v, Lisa Kudrow was originally cast as
the radio producer, Roz Doyle, on the t.v sitcom "Frasier", but was replaced
by Pery Gilpin before the pilot episode was filmed.
Before
her most famous role in "Friends", Lisa had a small but important part
as outstanding supporting actress in the t.v sitcom "Mad about you", portrayed
the worst-waitress-ever Ursula, that works at "Riff's". (Õcause
it's close to where I live, and the aprons are really cute"...)
When
Lisa joined to "Friends", she "got" Ursula as her not-so-close twin sister,
("ItÕs mostly just dumb sister stuff... I mean, like everyone always
thought of her as the pretty one, you know?... Oh, oh, she was the first
one to start walking, even though I did it, later that same day. But, to
my parents, by then it was like 'yeah, right, well what else is new?'")
So
this idea provided opportunities to the "Friends" writers to write episodes
that included Ursula, such "The one with the 2 parts", when the "Mad about
you"'s characters, Jamie & Fran enters to the coffee house, and thinks
Phoebe is Ursula.
MOVIES:
The
first time on cinema: L.A. on $5 a Day- 1989.
Lisa
Kudrow is probably the most busy in films in the "Friends" group, She acted
as Lucia in the Don Roos-directed film, "The Opposite of Sex", and also
starred opposite Billy Crystal & Robert DeNiro in the film "Analyze
This".
In
1997, she starred in the critically acclaimed hit comedy "Romy & Michele's
high school reunion" opposite Mira Sorvino, and co-starred in Albert Brook's
comedy "Mother," and starred in "Clockwatchers" opposite Toni Collette
and Parker Posey. We could also saw her starred in the film "Hanging Up",
opposite Meg Ryan and Diane Keaton, as the youngest of the three sisters,
and appeared opposite John Travolta in "Lucky Numbers", a comedy from Nora
Ephron.
This
busy tallented girl has just completed filming "Marci X," alongside Damon
Wayans, set to be released in 2002.
BONUSES:
Lisa
who's need a big fire place's shelf, received her fifth "Emmy Award" nomination
as outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series, for her role as Phoebe,
in "Friends", and she won it in 1998.
She
has also received a "Screen Actors Guild Award (and two additional nominations)
for outstanding performance by a female actor in a comedy series, an "American
Comedy Award" for funniest supporting female performer in a television
series, and a "Golden Globe Award" nomination, and all those for her great
performance in "Friends".
For
her films she won the Best Supporting Actress Award from the "New York
film critics" and an "Independent spirit Award" nomination and a "Chicago
film critics Award" nomination for her portrayal of "Lucia" in the film
"The Opposite of Sex." She also won the "Blockbuster Award" for the film
