Featured 'Night Boat To Cairo' which is on the 'One Step Beyond' album but the rest are all new songs. 4 very good songs which feature a certain spark. 'Don't Quote Me On That' is aimed at the media and how the band felt that the press had treated them with their interviews being twisted. |

B-side 'The Business' Release date: 13th Sept 1980 Highest Chart position: 3 Weeks on U.K. Chart: 20 |
A song about inner city schools. Written by Suggs and Chris in an Ian Dury style. A very fast paced song, which IMHO Mark plays a great bass line. This single spent the most weeks in the charts and features a cracking video, which was filmed at Ilsip School, Kentish Town. The B-side 'The Business' is an instrumental version of 'Take It Or Leave It' which was released as a track on 'Absolutely' |
B-side 'Crying Shame' Release date: 22nd Nov 1980 Highest Chart position: 4 Weeks on U.K. Chart: 12 |

The lyrics were written by Lee about his sister who had a baby with a black bloke and how they were treated bringing up a half cast baby. Just goes to prove that Madness wrote songs with meanings. Not one of their best videos but the song makes up for it. |
