I deleted the old Lunar review I had here to make room for a review page. I intend to let the world know exactly what I think about different video games. I also intend to add movie and book reviews later on.
I rate on a scale of 1-10. 1 is the lowest score. 10 is the highest. When I review a game I take many things into account.
Story: I grade the hardest on this.
Graphics: While great graphics are really icing on the cake, I like to have something nice to see.
Sound: Do I turn the volume down and plug in a CD?
Replay Value: speaks for itself
Manos Factor: Manos: The Hands of Fate is considered to be the worst movie ever made. Someone tried to make a 2 hour movie with 20 minutes of idea. The Manos Factor rates if an idea was sread too thin. A low score on this is good
To get the total score, I add the scores from story, graphics, sound, and replay value. Then I divide the total by four. One I get the average, I then subtract the Manos Factor score. -9 is the lowest total. 9 is the highest.
