Room of Spirit and Time
The Room of Spirit and Time is the ultimate training room. It is located on Kami's lookout. On the outside of the room it is one day, on the inside one day on the outside is equal to one year. There is only one building int the room that contains the exit, beds, and food storage. When you enter the room the gravity is 20x more than Earth's, also it tends to get hot and cold at vearious times. In every direction there is absolutly nothing. Gohan first reached Super Saiyan in this room , but couldn't maintain the form , becuase he couldn't keep the rage within keep on building up his power.

This is a very small island where Kamesennin lives in his small house. He lives with Umi and suposingly Oolong and Puar since they are always at his house. The island has few trees and a chair out front of his house, so Kamesennin can read his magazines. On the top of his house it has written Kame House. Everyone likes to hang out here at different occasions.

Kami's Palace
Kami's Palace floats high in the sky, a few miles away from Karin's tower. Kami, the God of the earth and his assistant Mr.Popo live here. The Room of Spirit and Time is located in the Palace and it is a very magical and Mystical Place. Kami over looks and guards the earth from this tower. After Kami and Piccolo fuse, Dende takes over as Guardian of the Earth, and takes Kami's place.

North Kaio-sama Planet
King Kaioh's Planet is located at the end of Snake Way, where dead warriors go to train with the permission of King Yemma. This planet has much more more gravity then earth, 10x more to be exact. King Kaioh lives on this planet with his monkey Bubbles. He has his little house and his Car on the planet. He also has some trees and nature on this small planet. King Kai is a great martial arts master, that teaches the Kaioken attack.

Kaioshin's Planet
Kaioshin's Planet is where Gohan trained for his fight with Buu; where he became Mystic Gohan, and mastered the Zet Sword. Also, the last part of the fight against Buu took place here. Goku also trained here in DBGT for his tail to grow out.

Dai Kaio's Planet
Thousands of beings come here to train and enter his tournament. The winner is train by Dai Kaio himself the strongest being on the planet. Thousands of beings have trained here for thousands of years to become worthy enough for Dai Kaio's training. East Kaio thinks that Goku is not worthy enough, so she races him in the new arena that Dai Kaio built. Neck and neck coming close to the finish line the winner Dai Kaio, meaning that Goku is allowed to enter the tournament.
