Apocalymon was a Digimon made of total darkness. He had the powers of all
four Dark Masters and was massive in size. Atop the giant ball was a figure much like a human's.
At first the Chosen Children were no match for this monster, even to the point where they were
deleated by him. Before the Chosen Children were defeated, Apocalymon stole their crests
and destroyed them. The Chosen Children, getting extra support from their Digimon counterparts,
were finally able to defeat this Digimon using team effort. Even as he was beaten, he used an attack
that would destroy both worlds in the explosion. The Chosen Children were able to retain the power
of the attack with their Digivices, and therefore Apocalymon self-destructed. Apocalymon was
the final villian of Digimon Adventure.
