The Heartsnatchers began their search of pure heart crystals after Professor Tomoe sold his soul to them after his laboratory exploded and killed both his daughter, Hotaru, and himself. He became an evil Heartsnatcher that created the Daimon seeds that went in search of pure hearts. Their mission was to find the three talismans that were inside of three pure heart crystals. With the three talismans together, they would form the Purity Chalice, which, in the wrong hands would bring the Era of Silence upon the Earth. When the Purity Chalice was formed, it fell into the rightful hands of Sailor Moon, who was the good Messiah. However, the Heartsnatchers were summoning an evil Messiah of Silence. Within Hotaru, the Heartsnatchers began to bring out Mistress 9, the Messiah of Silence and the one who could bring the Silence to the planet. Her mission was to bring this era about and to resurrect Pharoah 90, the ultimate leader of the Heartsnatchers.



She is the first Heartsnatcher to work with Dr. Tomoe, she has a crush on him and seeks to please him Destroyed by Sailor Uranus when she deflects Kaolinite's attack back upon her Brought back to life by Dr. Tomoe, ultimately destroyed by Mistress 9 when she sees no use for Kaolinite



She is extremely scientific in her quest to find a pure heart crystal carrier, she always uses the best technology to do so She discovered the holders of the talismans and made them appear Destroyed when Mimete cut the break lines on her car, causing it to go over a cliff	Mimete targets handsome men, her method of choice: if she thinks he's cute, she goes after him After she tries to prevent Tellu from winning the Professor's favor, she fights the Sailor Scouts with her secret weapon, Electric Warp Destroyed by Tellu after she is inside several monitors (the Electric Warp) and Tellu pulls the plug while she is inside	Tellu has thousands of plants in her office She sells plants for a very cheap price, when they bloom, they steal pure hearts Destroyed by her own plants after Tuxedo Mask frees the pure hearts from her hands



She poses as an extremely intelligent student, chiding Amy about her beliefs of science She uses computers to steal the pure hearts from students and robots to fight with Destroyed when her robots went haywire and killed her	Learns the identity of the Sailor Scouts and gets them into one place She suprises them by introducing them to her twin, Pikurl Jupiter tackles her, causing Cyprine to chase her, the twins are now separated Destroyed when Cyprine accidentally blasts her as she accidentally blasts Cyprine	Appears after Cyprine introduces her With her rod intertwined with her twin's, the two are practically invincible When Cyprine leaves her, she tries to go after her, but Mars stops her Destroyed when Cyprine accidentally blasts her as she accidentally blasts Cyprine
