Since starting on the net in May 1996, I have built up quite a collection of web sites that I like to visit. At first, putting all of these sites on my main homepage was the best option since there were only a few. However, nowadays I have a lot. I've never sat down and counted them, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn there were more than a hundred sites here.
This page is divided into nine sub-pages grouping the sites by subject matter. The categories are listed below. Just click on a category to see the sites under that topic.
As I am always finding new sites to add to this list, these pages are continually under construction. If one of these categories interests you, you might want to keep checking back for updates!
These are the personal pages of the important people in my life, including my fiancÈe, family and close friends.
These are sites related to films and the film industry. As an aspiring filmmaker, I have searched the web for as many sites as I could find on film. I've also included all the sites I could find where you can get screenplays. When you're learning to write them, like me, it's a good idea to read as many as possible so you can see how the good ones are written! (Not to mention that the bad ones help you learn what not to do when you write!)
In addition to film, I've also been searching the web for info on my favorite television shows and the television industry in general. These are some of the more useful and interesting sites I've found.
Often, when I'm developing a story for a screenplay, I'll draw my inspiration from music. Although I usually spend most of my time on the web looking for info on film and television, this section has grown over the years, especially since I started taking an interest in MP3 audio files and MIDIs.
My fiancée, Lisa Brewer, has Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. She can walk with the assistance of crutches and a brace, but generally uses a wheelchair to get around more efficiently. It is because of her that I created this section. We have found that the Internet is a boon of information for handicapped persons. So, I thought perhaps creating this section would help us sort through the chaos of the World Wide Web (Anyone ever notice how badly organized this place is?)
These are the sites of non-profit organizations which I have come into contact with, either on or off the net. My old schools are also included here.
These are the personal pages of some of the people I've met both on and off the web.
I'm not into politics in general, but there is one political party that interests me: The Canadian Action Party. Their site is here. This section also includes any government run organizations I find useful, including Canada Post and Human Resources.
Sometimes I'll find I site I want to have on here, but it just doesn't fit into any of the major categories. Rather than start a whole new category for the sake of one site, I put it here.
