Costumes Tutorial by Drac and Boo
page 2

The costume is about the size we want our finished picture, so we'll just shrink Drac. Left-click on layer 2 in the layer palette, the layer with your picture on it, to activate the layer. On your top menu bar, left-click on Image, then left-click on Resize in the dropdown menu. Make sure you have Percentage of original selected, Resize type set to Bicubic resample, and Resize all layers is not selected. We shrunk Drac to 40% for this costume, but the size of your picture and your costume will determine how much you resize your picture.

That's better! Drac's costume will fit just fine now.

Left-click on your mover tool , then left-click on your costume and hold down the left mouse button to move your costume so it fits correctly. In our example, we moved the costume so that the robe was in the correct position, but, as you can see, his wizard hat is a bit off. Don't worry, we'll take care of that in a minute. Before we do, we are going to erase any parts of Drac's body the costume doesn't cover. Make sure you have layer 2 selected in the layer palette, the layer with your picture on it, then left-click on your eraser tool . Hold the left mouse button down and erase any part of your body that isn't covered by your costume.
