La Fundación inspecciona los abusos de estado/iglesia, hace demandas judiciales y quejas oficiales en nombre de individuos y miembros. El personal de la Fundación provee recursos para apariciones públicas y en los medios.
Becas en efectivo son entregadas a los ganadores del concurso anual de ensayos estudiantiles de la Fundación.
