Codependency There is a Way Out

Yes, we all love to hate the word codependency. Those of us who dislike the word the most, well, it's probably because we are codependents. Let’s face it, taking care of others and not ourselves is an addiction and does not move us to a spiritual sense of self.
Now, I have always disliked the word codependent, I like to substitite enabling, or trading in my life for yours, or care taking, or an excuse not to take care of me (because I don’t know how, because no one ever taught me.) Remember the old codependent joke? You are lying there dying and you say “I just saw your life pass before my eyes.”
If you would like to begin to love yourself, speak up for yourself, and live your life in a loving spiritual way, learn how to set boundaries and reclaim yourself, then why don’t you take a look at some of these pages.
