Limit Breakers and Ultimate Weapons!
In this very page, I'll tell you where to get each characters' Limit Breakers and their Ultimate Weapons.
CLOUD
LIMIT BREAKER: Go to the Gold Saucer Battle Arena and win yourself 32000 battle points. Then you can get OMISLASH as your prize.
ULIMATE WEAPON: Pick it up after you defeat Ultimate Weapon in the Ancient Forest (thanx to Micheal C for correcting me)
BARRETT
LIMIT BREAKER: When you're doing the train mission in Corel Village [when Cloud's gone nutz and you control Cid instead] make sure you actually stop the rain. Of you are successful, you'll get a free visit to the inn. After your rest, go in the shack next to the inn and the well. Talk to the lady inside and she'll give you CASTASTROPHE.
ULIMATE WEAPON: After your trip through the winding tunnel, you're on your way to Hojo [Midgar] And make sure Barrett happens to be in your party, or you won't be getting it (and again, thanx to Micheal C for reminding me.. forgot bout this one..)
TIFA
LIMIT BREAKER: Go to her home in Nibelheim and play the piano in her room. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONTROLLING CLOUD AFTER HE'S GONE NUTZ AND TIFA IS WITH YOU!! For the PC, press [ / means press it at the same time the other key]: 0 . + 9/+ 9/0 0 . + 9/0 [ENTER] 0 . 0 until you get FINAL HEAVEN. You'll probably get her secret savings of 1 gil instead most of the time, so this may take forever.. If you do this while you control Tifa instead, we'll get a Elemental Materia.
ULIMATE WEAPON: It's in Midgar, but you gotta pick it up in either disc 2 or 3... so you have to go to Bone Village and dig up the key.. and if you dunno where it's hidden, check out my hints page. When you get into Midgar, go to the area where you took Aeris and dressed up as a girl. I think that's South Midgar.. Well.. there's a little thing with a sign saying ITEM on top of it. Go in and operate the machine and you'll get it. In disc 1, the machine won't work.
AERIS
LIMIT BREAKER: Go visit the sleeping guy inside a cave near the Junon Area. He tells you how many times you fought and escaped outta battles. When you meet him, the last 2 digits of how many times you fought has to be the same and odd [eg- 277 or 33 etc..]. And if you manage to do that, he'll give you a Mystril, but you have to give it to the guy who lives in a small house and makes weapons and told you about the Keystone. After that, he'll let you pick a tresure chest, big or small. In the big one, there's a Gold Armlet and in the small one is the GREAT GOSPEL. And you can get more than one Mystril, so you also get as many Gold Armlets as you want. But, of course, if you wanted the Limit Breaker for Aeris, you have to do this in disc 1.
ULIMATE WEAPON: Win it in the Gold Saucer Battle Arena, in disc 1... again..
RED XIII
LIMIT BREAKER: Just defeat the monster in the safe inside the Shinra Mansion back home in Nibelhiem. The combo's in the hints page, so check it out if you don't know what it is... After Lost Number is dead, you'll get COSMO MEMORY as an item. And as an added bonus, you'll also get the basement key which means you can get Vincent!!!
ULIMATE WEAPON: You can either get it in disc 2 during the mission when you're looking for the Sister Ray or in disc 3 at Cosmo Canyon. For the disc 2 way, you have to go back to the Shinra Building but you have to go from the stairs. Keep going up until you find it. And for the disc 3 way, go to Cosmo Canyon and meet Gramps. This is the part when he's dying and gives Red a new feather as a last gift.
CAIT SITH
LIMIT BREAKER: Nope.. he don't got one...
ULIMATE WEAPON: It's in the Shinra Building. Remember when you went through the stuff and you found a megaphone and you didn't pick it cuz it wasn't important?? That's the one.. I think it's near the conference room and the stinky bathroom.
CID
LIMIT BREAKER: Pick it up underwater in the sunken plane. HIGHWIND is in a lower corner [across from Yuffie's Ulimate Weapon] in the Cargo Room.
ULIMATE WEAPON: Go to Rocket Town and talk to the guy who's always looking at the rocket. Talk to him twice. Then he'll give you the weapon.
YUFFIE
LIMIT BREAKER: Just go to the temple/padgoo in Wutai and let Yuffie fight the Five Gods. At the end, she'll have to fight her father. Defeat him, and he'll give it to you as your reward.
ULIMATE WEAPON: It's in the sunken plane in the Cargo Room near Cid's Limit Breaker in one of the lower corners.
VINCENT
LIMIT BREAKER: You just gotta meet his lover underwater.. and I'm not gonna repeat where it is.. just chec out my hint's page... thanx.
ULIMATE WEAPON: Again, you have to go back to the cave where he met his lover.. and again, go to the hints page to know where that is...
