STRENGTH
Description
There is
a woman standing in white flowing gowns over a lion who is licking her
hand playfully. She has the symbol of eternity over her head and
a crown of flowers. Her symbol is much like that of the Magician.
There are
mountains behind her and she appears to have very little fear of the lion.
Instead of being afraid of the lion, she is enjoying his company and patting
him playfully.
This image
represents well what we understand as strength. With the eternity
over her head, she has forever to master the game and as she pats the lion
with no fear, she takes into account the mountains she has crossed and
the difficulties she has endured. She has the skills, much like the
magician, to survive hard times and rather than fight the lion, she is
finding joy with it.

Meaning
To see this
card means that the person will soon be going through times that will 'test
their strength'. They will be asked to do what seem like impossible
feats and be pushed to their limits. But as we see with the description
above, this need not be a difficult time. One needs only to remember
the difficult battle fought and won in the past to know that they have
the skills and abilities to pull it off. They will test their strength
emotionally, and sometimes financially, but it will be nothing that they
will not be able to handle with the right outlook and the understanding
that things are sometimes only as difficult as you make them.
