Indoor Oven Bar-b-Que Leg Quarters

of 1/2 Lemon

Seasoning

- Spread olive oil and garlic evenly over
bottom of a long baking pan with sides. (Lasagne
pan works well.
- Rub cut side of chicken in oil and then
flip over to skin side down.
- Sprinkle 1 Tsp. celery salt evenly over
top of all pieces.
- Place on middle rack in overn (Bake 1
hour at 325 degrees).
- Now, prepare the sauce: Place all
remaining ingredients in small pan. Bring to
boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes.
- Turn chicken to skin side up.
- Baste each chicken piece with 2 Tblsps.

- Increase heat to 350 degrees and cook 10
minutes.
- Baste each chicken piece again with 2
Tablsps. sauce.
- Increase heat to 375 and cook 10 minutes.
- Baste chicken pieces again, using up all
remaining sauce. Cook 10 minutes.
- Baste each chicken piece with pan
drippings.
- Increase heat to 400 and cook 5 minutes
or until nicely browned.
- Remove from oven. Immediately remove
chicken from pan Spoon soft drippings onto
chicken pieces.
Ummm! This is always a hit!
