The Fat Man himself, Antoine "Fats" Domino. I would like to list all of this man's song's but my webmaster says I only have five megabytes of space left. Tough break. Remember, Ain't That A Shame, Blueberry Hill, Blue Monday, My Blue Heaven, Bo Weevil, I'm Walkin, I'm In Love Again,Whole Lotta Lovin, Walking To New Orleans, and on and on. Of all the hits, none ever made it to number one. Fats you're still number one with Bobaloons.

Hey, I know this guy didn't sing or play a musical instrument as far as I know. But what would Rock & Roll be without him. Alan Freed probably did more for early rock than any one person of that time. His radio and stage shows put the performers in touch with the young public, despite attempts to shut him up. Eventually he was stopped as we all remember. Payola! Money and favors in return for his pushing a song on his show. Tell me that's not common practice today. He was found guilty of bribery in 1962. He died in January of 1965.

Frankie Lymon and The Teenagers. Man, too many great songs to name. Why Do Fools Fall In Love, ABC's Of Love, Goody Goody, I Want You To Be My Girl, I'm Not A Know It All, Promise To Remember, etc. Just think if Herman Santiago, who co-wrote Why Do Fools Fall In Love with Frankie and who was supposed to sing lead the day they recorded the song, hadn't had a bad throat, the world might've missed Frankie. And we do miss him.
