| 1994 | American subsidiary incorporated to acquired Transportation Manufacturing Corporation's RTS business from MCI. |
| 1995 | Low-floor LFS model introduced. |
| 1997 | "Classic" model discontinued. |
| 1998 | Prevost Car Inc. acquires the assets of NovaBUS Corp. |
The Classic model was inherited from MCI (and its predecessor, General Motors Diesel Division). The model designations are as follows:

The Classic and LFS models are each numbered sequentially from 001, restarting at the beginning of the model year. RTS serials started at 830405, following on from the last TMC RTS, and continue sequentially.
