Clear and sunny today, cold at night.
This morning I got a phantom pain in my hip/back when I got up so I didn't go for my usual walk. Instead I did my pilates and felt virtuous. Then I took a nap for about an hour. Yay me! Not!
I cooked lunch and breakfast then went off to work. I didn't have very much to do today, but I did a lot of preparation, so it was okay. I also taught a teacher's lesson so that was fun.
After work, Fumihiko came and got me and we went to Cocos for dinner. He didn't eat very much, I don't think he's feeling very well. He told me that he took half a day off work because he was feeling bad. His back is acting up again, and he has to work on Sunday. Poor thing.
We came home and I started working on my computer. I'll take a shower soon and hopefully get to bed before too long.
