Hot, but a bit muggy.
A good day. I went to work in the usual manner and had a very non-busy day. I did some planning though and prepared for today's classes too. Well, I was supposed to have 2 classes, but actually no one showed up for the last one so I was a bit sad.
Along the way today I finally finished my book, Master and Commander. It's one of the few books that I've ever read, where I didn't know so many words! I managed to enjoy it and understand it anyway.
Tonight after work, Fumihiko and I made dinner at the new apartment. It was really good. We had pork and veggie stir-fry. It was a bit difficult making things, because Fumihiko and I have really different ways of doing things. For example. I like to put the unusable food scraps into the garbage right away, he leaves them lying around. (No composter yet) He "cleared" space for us to eat, but didn't move any of the stuff out of the way. I had to move everything out of the way, including stuff under the shelf. When he makes coffee, he carries the kettle full of boiling water around the island, instead of just moving the cups. I can see moving into the apartment with him will be a bit like getting married all over again, as we try to work out who does what and when things. Still, I'm excited, and looking forward to it.
We took our showers there too, then came back to the house. I've been answering email and basically enjoying myself since then. I'll go to bed soon too.
