Well, today was it, D-Day. The first time I went to a dentist in 7 years, and I survived. I got a cleaning and made arrangements to have one of my teeth fixed on Thursday. Yikes. Still, it's not too bad. My dentist is really nice and I like her very much.
After I went to the dentist today I took a bus down to Southgate then called Van. I told her I'd arrive at Heritage soon, and would she like to go for lunch.So, I took my sister to Boston Pizza for lunch. We each had salads. I had a Greek Salad with chicken on top and Van had a Caesar salad with chicken on top.
Later we picked up Katie and came home for a bit. Then we took her out to go to her swimming class. It was fun watching her, although this time she's in the deep pool which is a little harder to see. She swims very well.
We came home and I baby sat while Van ran an errand.I had to listen to Katie read a book. She's very good at reading, considering she's only 6.
Today I got a lovely surprise. My husband emailed me, and called too. I was wondering how he was, since I didn't get any email from him. Anyway, today, I got email. Hurray. We miss each other so very much.
Tomorrow I'm off to meet my friend Susan and then stay over at her place tomorrow night. Please don't miss me too much as I won't be updating tomorrow.
