Sunny and hot day.
A good day. I took too long getting ready in the morning...I had lots to do today. I ironed two skirts, slept, showered, cooked and got ready for work. A full morning. I left for work a little late so I had to hustle...but it was fun. I listened to a lot of good songs on my iPod...It's Raining Men, Rock DJ, and many others. What a blast.
Work was fine today. I had a new student start, and another student came back after a month break. It was nice to see her again.
After work, Fumihiko took me to M's Dining and we both made great use of the drink bar. It was so hot today that I'm parched. I hope it cools down soon, we are experiencing very warm weather for this time of year.
We came home and I lectured Fumihiko about getting a tetanus shot. He trod on a nail at work and got a nasty cut. I'm worried that it could get infected and or give him tetanus. We spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out what the Japanese word for tetanus was, and I surfed the net to find some facts and figures. He had between 3 days and 3 weeks to develop symptoms. Personally, I just want him to get a booster shot just in case. Men! Crazy.
My crockpot arrived yesterday, did I mention it? It looks like it'll be great. I'm looking forward to using it at the new apartment.
Anyway, I have to go and catch a few winks. Nightie night!
