Sunny but cool, feeling of rain earlier, but it didn't happen.
A good but sad day. Today, Fumihiko is away, he had to drive people to a faraway place. That means I got to have a girl's night in. I hit the grocery store for a few supplies then came home and made chicken vegetable soup. It's steaming away in my crockpot right now.
Oh, the sad part. Well, today one of my students finished. I've been teaching him for 4 years and I've seen him change from a toddler to a very sweet young man. I'm going to really miss him.
Now, the scary part. During my last class we had an earthquake. I've been feeling that the earth was moving all day honestly, but during class we had a small earthquake. It was a bit frightening but I think all was well. I thought I felt a small one about 5 minutes before the bigger one, but I just wasn't sure.
I watched TV tonight for a while. I watched Desperate Housewives, even though I told hubby I wouldn't. I'll watch it again happily! Then I watched last night's episode of The West Wing, because I missed it last night.
Anyway, I might try to get an early night tonight...or not. Maybe I'll take a bath or watch a DVD. Maybe.
