Sunny day, I think! I didn't go out until after dark!
Today was okay. It didn't start that way though. When I got up this morning I felt terrible. I'd had a headache when I went to bed last night, and it had gotten worse. I didn't know if I was going to faint or throw up! Thankfully I did neither, but I did take a couple more tylenol and had a snack. I ate some of the roast pork and soon I felt better. Maybe I was a tad hungry last night when I went to bed? I don't really know.
I did get up quite early this morning because I'd left my cellphone in the living room and when it went off I had to get up to turn it off! I ended up staying up and watching the news. It was quite amazing. Donald Rumsfeld has resigned. I'm not a US citizen so I don't usually like to make comments on the situation in the US on my blog, but about bloody time!
I showered later today because of the not feeling well thing. I ate my brunch and watched a couple of episodes of Friends, and an episode of Brisco County Jr. They were all good.
I went off to my school and when I got there tonight I did some business stuff. I've been meaning to give letters to the parents of my students to let them know how many lessons they have left. I filled everything out tonight then brought it back to the apartment for Fumihiko to check for me.
When I came back to the apartment I found a "not feeling well" hubby. He was moping around and not very cheerful. I started dinner and got him to take care fof the drinks. He made coffee, an excellent choice! Tonight I did pork chops. We'd got them frozen a few days ago at the bulk foods store and I defrosted them over night. I mixed in some sun-dried tomatoes and some frozen mushrooms. After the chops were done I put a bit of the leftover gravy from last week in the pan and stirred until warm. I served that over the pork chops. We had salad and eggplant as well. It was all pretty good, and mostly no fuss.
Fumihiko did dishes and then checked my stuff. He got a bit snarky with me as always and then took a bath. He went straight to bed afterwards. I did look in to see if he's still mad, but he wasn't. He's sleeping. Best thing I think for him.
And that was my day. I'm off to the school a bit earlier tomorrow as I have an early class. Wish me luck!
