Cloudy and cold, a dusting of snow....that didn't stay.
An okay day. I got up earlier than I usually do on a Sunday. Yay me! I did spend quite a long time at my computer before going out.
We went to the tonkatsu restaurant for lunch. It was crowded so we had to wait for a while. Still, we had quite a nice meal when we were let in.
We went out to the mall in Mikawa for a bit. We wandered around for a while. I got some stuff for my friend's birthday next month, and we had a cup of coffee too.
We decided to go and see a movie. Today we chose Night at the Museum. It was okay. It had a few yuks. I knew it didn't get good reviews, and I understand that. Still, it was enjoyable. We saw Chris and Yumiko at the theatre too. They went to see the same movie too, so we had a bit of a chat before and afterwards.
After the movie we were planning to go to Cocos for dinner, but then Fumihiko asked me if I wanted to go to Bistro Des Pointes instead. Well, it's my favourite restaurant, so YES! We went and were the only customers for a long time. We had a really nice meal though. I had fish and Fumihiko had pork. I really liked mine. I was half good and cancelled my dessert. I did eat my bun though.
Fumihiko suggested karaoke afterwards, but I knew his back was bad so I countered with a movie at home. So, that's what we did. We came home and watched Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest. It was fun to watch it again. I got the DVD for Christmas, but we hadn't opened it yet.
That's pretty much it for today. We have to go to Sakata tomorrow so I really should get off to bed and get some sleep! Fumihiko wants to go early, I'm not sure why.
