Thinking back...to when it seemed...my life was always in darkness.
I thought things would never change for me and the brighter days of my life were gone forever.
Then you came into my life, guiding me, showering me with your love and compassion.
Now all the things in my past.....All the nights I spent alone...All the times I cried....Even the wrong choices I made....All matter not
For I realize now....they were just obstacles I had to go through.....to get me to you.
So now my darling.....I give you my head, my heart, and someday my body, that you so wanted....For I am lucky to have the chance to hold you forever.....
Maybe not in my arms as of "yet", but in my heart.
