Chloe

Raised, trained and apparently left for dead on some prime she is not inclined to speak of, Chloe somehow found her way to Sigil (or perhaps was brought). Originally trained to be a perfect murderer, though with a rather warped and disturbing philosophy. “If love can kill people, hate can save them.” Her adherence to this line of thought apparently is related to her fall on her native prime.

Her time in Sigil has been spent largely acclimating herself to the strange new clime and rethinking her past.

Chloe could be easily mistaken for a “cute, nice little girl” except for her eyes, which hold a penetrating coldness. She acts rather nice and innocent when her duty isn’t on the line, and has a rather obsessive drive to ‘perform missions perfectly’. She is not one to simply slaughter anything related to her target, but HAS been known to kill others who were trying to kill her mark (‘Killing you is MY duty. I will not let others interfere.’)
