Now
its finally time I show you how I create my famous and lovable fireballs.
Could you believe this little thing
can winde up being this big thing . Now
I know all of you are saying ooooooo. Its very simple. I stumbled onto
this little creation, by fiddling with the prog alot. This lesson is hands
free you dont have to paint or touch anything. Now its time to tell you
how I did this. First thing you'll need to do is resize that little plain
energy ball at the top. Resize the width to 176, and click the box to maintain
aspect of ratio and press ok (see fig 1).
The
next thing to do is export your now big fireball to psp7. Now all you have
to do is click on effects tab In Paint Shop Pro 7, than click into Geometric
Effecfts then into Wind...(see fig 2). Now put the strengh exactly
on 10. It doesn't matter which diredtion you put it on, cause you will
have to do both left and right ( see fig 3).
Now its time to Rotate the Energy Ball so we can apply the wind effect
to the other
side of Ball (see fig 4). After applying the last 2 wind effects
to your energy ball it should look like this (see fig 5). After
that your done!!!!!!!!
