| Trunks is the first child of Vegeta and Bulma. During a brief moment in Dragonball, while Bulma was having problems with Yamcha, She found relief in a solem and troubled Vegeta, and boom, Trunks is born! He first came in to defeat Frieza. After he beat him with one blow, he told Goku about the Androids and the virus and Goku was going to get and gave Goku an antidote. He ,Gohan and Bulma were the only people that survivd after the fight with the Androids in the future. Later Gohan died and but Gohan had tought his fighting skills to Trunks. He was also the one that gave Trunks his sword. He tought him a how to use it and how to use its super attack. When doing the super attack the person throws the sword high in the air, yells some Japanese words, claps his hands together above his head(vertically lined up with the sword), and the invisible line becomes a very long and powerful energy blade. The person will then slice with the blade. He was actually the 2nd person to turn SS after Goku. Because his mother and grandfather were both scientist, he became very smart and In order to save the world, Bulma and Trunks made a time machine to return to the past and give Goku an antidote to fight the androids. Then later, he came back to help the Z fighters defeat the androids but only to find the time had been altered and there were new androids. He was Dr. Gero( Android 20) and 19. After they were defeated, 20 got repaired and realesed 17 and 18.Those were the Androids that had destroyed the Z fighters in the future. Then they realesed a new android that Trunks hadn't seen either. It was 16. Then after they were hurt, Cell appeard. Fighting with Cell, he turned Ultimate Super Siayan but couldn't defeat Cell. After Cell came back after his self destruction, He shot a beam at Trunks and he was knoked out. The Trunks of our time is born after Frieza was defeated by Future Trunks. He to hang out with his best friend Goten and they are kind of like brothers. There was a time when he and Goten made a costume and fought in tournaments ans the Mighty Mask. Trunks reached the level of Super Saiyan when he was eight years old. When he and Goten are together, Trunks has a tendency to get them in trouble. Trunks is sometimes very unhappy because he does not have a brother like Goten does. Trunks relationship with his parents is not to strong because he is never with them much. Despite Trunks ability to get himself and Goten into trouble, he means well. He grows up to be a powerful fighter but wouldn'nt be as strong as Future Trunks because the young Trunks nevver had to deal with all the hardships Future Trunks had to. With the help of Piccallo, he and Goten learned how to fuse to make Gotenks. He doubled his power by fusing. The Future Trunks is very polite and has strong values, but young Trunks has a bad attitude, and is kind of like his father. Trunks is a very important character and if it weren't for him, the Z fighters would have been destroyed.
